Important Notes: MoSAIC Ticket Policy - Read Before Booking!- MoSAIC is designed for children aged 12 and under.
- Adults (18+) must be accompanied by a child aged 17 or younger. No solo adult entries are allowed.
- Each booking must include one (1) adult (18+) and one (1) child ticket. If more than one adult is attending, each adult must have their own ticket.
- Each paid child ticket includes one (1) free entry for an infant aged 2 and under. Additional infants require a child ticket.
- Valid OKU/PWD cardholders receive a special rebate, applicable for on-site bookings only.
- Tickets provide full access to the Museum, including all exhibits and public programming on the selected day.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
- 🚫 No Refunds If You Break the Rules! If you are asked to leave due to non-compliance with our Safe Space Policy, Health & Safety protocols, or any federal, state, or local laws, you will NOT get a refund.
